Tier 1 Extension (Confused) Please help.

I NEED TO APPLY FOR TIER 1 GENERAL EXTENSION

PLEASE HELP TO KNOW DO I AM ON RIGHT TRACK.

APPLIED FOR HSMP FROM INDIA FEE TAKEN ON 10 FEB 2008 AND HSMP APPROVAL LETTER WAS ISSUED ON (21 MARCH 2008)

APPLIED FOR TIER 1 GENERAL VISA IN SEPTEMBER 2008 AND GOT VISA IN SAME MONTH.

INITIAL HSMP VISA POINTS (HSMP 10 FEB 2008)


AGE POINTS (I WAS 28 YEARS OLD) = 20 POINTS

QUALFICATION = 30 POINTS

PREVIOUS EARNINGS (INDIA) = 25 POINTS

ENGLISH LANGUAGE = 10 POINTS

MAINTANCE FUNDS = 10 POINTS

TOTAL = 95 POINTS


CURRENT SITUATION EXTENSION

AGE (I AM 31 YEARS OLD NOW) = ___POINTS

QUALFICATION BACHELOR DEGREE = 30 POINTS

PREVIOUS EARNINGS £30000 = ___POINTS

WORK EXPERIENCE = 5 POINTS

LANGUAGE POINTS = 10 POINTS

MAINTANCE FUNDS = 10 POINTS
(1333 MAIN APPLICANT AND DEPENDENT)

TOTAL =_____________POINTS

PLEASE HELP ME SENIOR MEMBERS I AM BIT CONFUSED ON MY SITUATION.

I'm confused - if you were 28, you would have scored 10, not 20.

Going on the assumption that you were 28 and not 27, you can only claim 10 points for age now, otherwise, if you got it wrong, then you can claim 20.

Earnings give you 30 points.

Thus you get 10 + 30 + 30 +5 + 10 + 10 = 85 points. Not enough for renewal, unless you have your age wrong.

If you were in fact 27 - then you get 95 points - enough for extension.

Sorry I was 27 at that time and clamed 20 points.

I think I need 75 points to extend my visa is that right?

Please help me to know on this?

I took advance in august 2010 of £250

In my salary slip its shows like

Gross £1870
Advance £250
Netpay £1200

But this £250 doesnt show in my bank statement
only £1200 is shown in bank statement
£250 i took in cash.

Will this be ok as salary slip shows netpay £1200 which reflect in my bank statement also....

Please help.....
