Dear all,
Hi,
Today 16-07-11 i received my T4 student refusal for leave.
Reason for refusal:
Visa officer said on 12th july they checked and found my college as 'B' rated sponsor therefore i m refused bcz after 21st April only Sponsors with 'A' rated and highly trusted can offer new courses as i applied on 14th june and CAS was issued on 13th june for a new course so as a 'B' rated sponsor college student i m refused leave.
I have been given a right of appeal.
Evidence for Appeal
As i have been checking Registar of sponsor since i have applied my college is always 'A' rated. Even today i have checked and found my college as 'A' rated sponsor.
I have spoken with college they said since they have been granted a Tier 4 sponsor license they always been rated as 'A'.
Q:
What evidence i should send with my appeal?
Printed the latest registar?
Should i opt for Paper or Oral hearing?
Anyone can suggest more evidence it will be very helpful.
Regards
Waseem
