Tier 1 (General) extension...

Post by pareshbhurke » Sun Jul 17, 2011 11:31 am

Hi,
I entered UK after 9 months from my Tier 1 (General) visa start date. It means, By the end of 5 years, I will not have 5 years continuous stay in the country, which may not allow me to apply for ILR.

Can someone please let me know if Tier 1 visa can be extended beyond 5 years?

Awaiting your response.

Thanks,

Is your query sorted?

When you apply second time, you received another 2 year or only up to qualifying period of 5 years( in your case for 9 months)??

I am in same situation.
