Spouse visa refused

Post by skyfly » Sun Jul 17, 2011 2:56 pm

Hello, could some1 tell me..We applied for spouse visa, for my wife, to come and stay in uk, but it was refused for false id. we got right to appeal and we already did it. How big chance is to win an appeal????????? coz somebody told us that this is a big crime, and very difficult to win an appeal.

it was refused for false id
What are you saying. The ID was really false? Or the ID was real and the result of the application was wrong?

So that being the case, how on earth would you hope to win an appeal? What would be the basis of your appeal?

I am reminded of ..... as regards a visa application, get caught in the lie, wave the visa goodbye.

I think you are right... I just dont know why our solicitor gave us hope that we gonna win.. And why they gave us a right to appeal if there is no chance to win.

Because it might have been the case that the accusation of using false ID was actually wrong, and had that been the case then it would be a good idea to appeal.

Can I ask, what false ID was used?

Tell us more about the ID that was false. What false documentation was supplied?

Also, in which country was the application made?

I would say the way UKBA are scrutinising applications now, you stand about somewhere between zero and none chance , in % that is 0%

You seem very blaise about the false ID....
Keep it simple!

read through whole posts. you seem very reluctant to provide information. why is that. why was AGE falsified, was there any reason for it ?

I think there is something a lot more serious about this case you are trying to hide. Why do you expect us to help you when you are one of those kind of people who put our future at risk

OK, so don't hide this. How old is she really? And how old did the fake ID state she was?

I'm not trying to hide things, I only know that on some I'd was false age. And just wondering there is chance to win an appeal or not?
