You're going to have to submit evidence of living in a relationship 'akin to marriage' for the full 24 months. Unmarried Partner Visas come under a great deal of scrutiny. You may also have a problem with the fact that you're currently on a student visa but you're not studying. Why did you stop attending your course? Are you working and if so, is this more than the permitted 20 hours per week?
You're both over 21?

Gather any evidence you can to show you've been living together for the full 2 years and submit your application by post. You may get away with not studying by submitting a postal application, but virtually no chance if you apply in person.
Don't forget the A1 English test requirement.

can i apply for DLR without applying for other settlement visa like spouse or upv.

and if the answer is yes...can i possibly apply for it myself without using the services of solicitor.

concrete advise on this will be higly appreciated...

need to do this cos am finding it difficult to gather enough evidence for my application.

another thing will be what form will i need for that kind of application..

why don't you apply for the UPV if you have been living together for 24 months. if they refuse on the grounds that you have not bee living together for 2 years then they may grant you discretionary leave depending on your circumstances

There's no way that this application will be decided at a PEO. If you apply in person it will simply be referred to a higher level and you'll join the postal queue without any special priority.
Apart from the fact that you don't appear to have evidence of living together for the full 2 years, you haven't been attending classes either.

thxs...do i seriously have a chance for success if i cant provide enough evidence from our relationship, if i decide to apply for upv...the major problem is coming from our early year of our cohabitation....

If you can't provide proof that you've been living together for the full 2 years then it's unlikely a UPV application will succeed.

Submit anything you have showing joint address...including junk mail if it has a date and either one or both of your names on it.
