It would help if you tell a bit more about your visa type, your duration of stay etc.

How do you support yourselves financially? Do you have the application fee?

Application for Spouse ILR are very rarely refused for lack of finance, as long as you're not claiming benefits you're not entitled to, which you seem to be OK with.
You are allowed to receive financial help from family, but you must state this on the application form.
Do you have the fee for the ILR application? Have you taken the Life in the UK test?

Thanks, yes I have application fee. But as far I know one of the partner should work to get ILR. Can I apply for ILR while I am not working and not claiming any benefits? I can not get benefits as it is written on my visa No recourse to public fund. I am doing ESOL with citizenship.
