What exactly is required to fill up in this section ?

I had submitted my application to VFS Delhi
Delhi Upper Ground Floor, S-2 Level, International Trade Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019

However had got my Visa Stamped Passport from below address

So do I need to fill british high commission delhi
