Hi all;
I first granted my Tier 1 (Gerenal) Visa in July 2008, and it valids from 01-Sep-08 to 01-Sep-11. I only moved to the UK towards the end of last year, and started working in Jan 2011.
According to the guidence for applications for a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the rules in place before 6 April 2010, my expectation on my point accessment is,
Age: 20 (as it is looking at the age when I first applied Tier 1 in 2008.)
Qualifications: 35 (Master)
UK Experience: 5 (£16,000 and above income in the UK.)
So far, I have 60 points (and of course that 20 point for English and Maintenance,) and I need extra 15 to meet my 75 points requirement.
Now, my income in London from Jan to July 2011 will score me 15-20 points, I do have income from oveaseas but 1. it need to be translated (and no one was able to advise on a transator here either,) 2. it might delay to application.
So if I only use my income in the UK this year and get say 15 points for Previous Earning, my question is;
WILL THEY APPROVE MY VISA EXTENSION AS LONG AS I MEET THE 75 POINT REQUIREMENT? OR I SHOULD USE MY EARNING OUTSIDE THE UK AS WELL TO BE SAFE?
