For those applying for ILR

Post by peppekalle » Mon Jul 18, 2011 4:09 pm

For those who are applying for ILR if your country allows dual citizenship apply for naturalization as soon as possible.

If you are out of status and in the process of collecting documents to apply for ILR get a lawyer asap.

If you are caught before you send in your application you will be detained and removed within a week.

Anything can happen before you send in your form so be very careful.

this article you attached is talking about those who submit for ILR under 14 years unlawfully resident in UK ... did not mentioned about people who got or who will get ILR through other categories.
so please dont misslead others. this subject should be closed by moderators.
