Tier 2 Dependant work in case of Main applicant abscence

Hi All,

I am here in UK on Tier 2 (ICT) from an indian company and my dependant has got a contracting job, but my company is trying send me back for a short duration of 1 month or 2 months to India. In this situation, is my dependant who is on Tier 2(ICT) dependant, can she stay in UK for work?

Don't think so..is your company going to issue you a new visa..if yes then she wont be able to stay...if no then she can stay..
