postdoc- a specialist job?

I got rejected of claiming 3 yeaars of postdoc experience as a specialist level. How should I rephrase or what supporting document should i put?Help is greatly appreciated!

Probably you could mention as Research Associate. I assume that people might aware that one must have PhD qualification to do your postdoctoral research.

Do u mean I should say Research Associate rather than postdoc Research Associate? What the difference. Just wonder whether people who has applied with postdoc experience has been successful. How do they phrase the duties and tasks. Caseworker is of course not an expert in my field.

My understanding is you might not given proper description of your duties and responsibilites as a post doctoral research associate in experience letters from your employers. One of my friend is working in ionic liquids research area, he given a brief description of his project and got signed from his Professor he is working with and he got approval with out any problem. Ofcourse, he published 12 research papers in international journals and got some US and EU patents. You can also give a brief description of your research area and i am sure that you might guiding some of diploma or phd students as a postdoctoral fellow. You can also mention that. I guess, it should be just fine to claim to secure the 25 points for your 3 years experience along with 30 points for your PhD.
