URGENT :- Public Notory or Solicitor signed copy for PP?

Hi I am ready to submit my application, but just needed one document to make it ready. I am applying as Under 28 Applicant and for the date of birth proof what documents need to be made ready !

Submitting:-

-Original Driving license
- The second document is what I have the doubt (Can I submit the Solicitor signed copy of passport or is it madatory to have a Public Notory copy for Passport)

As of now I have Solicitor signed copy only !!
Plz Help
