* An applicant cannot claim points for a Bachelor’s degree if :
his/her last grant of entry clearance was as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the rules in a) place between 31 March 2009 and 5 April 2010, or

(i) he/she has had leave to remain as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the rules in place b) between 31 March 2009 and 5 April 2010, and

(ii) his/her previous entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain before that leave was not as a Highly Skilled Migrant, as a Writer, Composer or Artist, as a Self-employed Lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant.

Question: How do you actually prove when renewing your tier 1 G visa that you fall under rules in place before 31 March 2009?

Is it correct that you can prove so by showing the dated receipt that you paid for the intial visa fees?
