ILR success at PEO liverpool

Hi Guys,

thanks for all the help and support.

I applied on the basis of WP2006 + HSMP2007+ tier1 gen 2009

I have 3 uk born children under 6 years of age. i did not apply for their ILR.

Lady at payment desk asked me why? I said I don,t need to as per section 1(3). She said you need to. I said i contacted nationality enquiry bureau and nationality checking service.
She said it is ok if they said so but she did not believe this.
She said you may have to apply ILR for your kids if their application was refused. I said it is fine. she made some checks and said fine.

Then went to case worker after waiting 1 hour.

I provided

application form
my and wife,s passport
12 months pay slips
12 months bank statements
employment letter
Life in uk certificate

case worker looked at documents and said come back in one hour.

After one hour he said your application is successful. wait for 20 min for passport. That was it.

they did not ask about cohabitation docs, previous visa letters, P60 etc.

But

I guess you have to be prepared though and take all documents possible to support the application.

Applying for my kids next monday throigh NCS.
