Hearing due on 08/08/11- for ILR refusal for stay outside UK

Post by rohit2007 » Mon Jul 18, 2011 12:17 pm

Hi I have got heraing due on 08/08/11 for refusal of ILR on the grounds that my wife stayed outside UK for 92 days, she being main applicant, our ILR was refused so I have appealed against the decision. Only reason for refusal of ILR was stay more than 90 days.

Any advise from senior members or members with personal experience of hearing in immigration courts re:
Documents to take
Whether to take my son to court or not
Procedure in court.
Any advise which can help to make this appeal a success.

Thanks[/b]

I'd advice you hire a lawyer to represent you in court.Don't try and do it on your own.

Agreed that you should try to get an immigration lawyer.
