Question about age approval-under 28

Question about age approval-under 28

Dear all:

I got a question regarding the evidence for the age under 28.

It is required to provide the copy of the passport page with relevant information.

In the passport,usually there are three pages,one is the first page,including all the information.The other one is a page with my personal singature.The third one is "the UK Entry Clearance Form"(as I am currently in UK for study,this page actually is my UK visa,also include my date of birth).

Should I have all these three pages notrolized or the notrolisation of first page is already enough for our application?
