spouse visa ,help plz

Hi all , i am going to apply for spouse visa next week . its my 2nd application. my 1st application was refused under 320 (7A) ,because the company dissolved where my spouse was working . now she has a job 16 hours/week and her weekly income is 131 pounds . she lives with parents and there is enough accommodation for us to live . my spouse has 3000 pounds in saving account.
i am graduate and already have done my IELTS test,got 6.5 band. currently i am doing business with my father . i have a joint account with my father in which we have about 8000 pounds . should i submit a permission letter(affidavit) from my father to use this amount any time i will need it ?
my brother is british national ,has a good job,salary and savings in accounts . if i want to add my brother as 3rd party support ,will it affect my case ?
if i apply only with my sponsor's current job and statement (with out my bank statement and 3rd party support ) ,is it sufficient to satisfy ECO ?

Hi,

Your previous Spouse Visa was refused under 320 (7A)??

320(7A) where false representations have been made or false documents or information have been submitted (whether or not material to the application, and whether or not to the applicant's knowledge), or material facts have not been disclosed, in relation to the application.

Was there any reason why you didnt appeal at the time? if it was just a case of your sponsors company disolving....

yes factory dissolved and UKBA phoned there and they denied her job . we did appeal but it was taking long time. our position was also weak because factory owner didnt pay any tax in april . they didnt give her any papers to satisfy the ECO or judge ,
