Evidence of registration

I submitted my application. I did not provide any evidence of registration of accountant. Will this because problem? The policy guidance did not mention that we should provide any evidence of registration for accountant but that he should be a member of recognise body. The name, address of accountant on letterhead paper. Also on the letterhead he mentioned is regulated by ACCA. If this will be a problem Can I get a copy of accountant certificate and send as additional to HO. Please I need your advise
