Settlement Visa Refused

just got a quick question wife's settlement visa was refused from pakistan, in the supporting documents that are sent with the appeal form, do the documents need to be signed by a solicitor stating they are a true copy or would colour photocopies do the job

also whats the difference between iat and post appeals, will it be quicker to appeal in islamabad or england,
