Tier 1 Extension CHild dependant photo smiling

Post by salmanzz » Fri Jul 29, 2011 10:23 am

Hello

it was very challenging and very difficult for me to take my 3 years old kid photo. I could not make him....to stop smiling. its funny though

Here is the link of the photo

do you think HomeOffice will accept it because i believe for children under 5 years old they don't need neutral expression.

They might not. Where did you find that children under 5 years dont need a neutral expression?

the ruls is

"

Photographs of children aged five and under must show a clear image that is a true likeness of the child. As young children can be difficult to photograph, children aged five and under do not need to have a neutral expression or to look directly at the camera, but they must face forward and meet all other format requirements."

so i think it should be fine?
