Criminality Threshold

Post by artfreak9 » Mon Aug 01, 2011 4:45 pm

Hi,
If I dont have any criminal record or any penalties of any kind, then do I still need to get a letter or some sort of document from the Police to prove that in order to satisfy the Criminality Threshold?!

Thanks,
Rohan...

Is community order/probation considered as non custodial sentence?

Hi there
I am married to a british citizen since 2010 and i was due to apply for my ILR in december 2012.
But due to having drink and dive offence, i was told to wait until 5 years has passed since i was convicted. This will take me to october 2014.
What I am asking is, I was told that ukba has now reduce the rehabilitation period from 5 years to 3 years.

Does this mean I can now go and apply?
Or this is not applicable to me?

Please help.

this is first time i'm posting in this reques so forgive me if i done it wrong.

thanks

George
