ILR eligibilty for my Wife (appointment on thursday)

Hi,
I need some urgent advice. My wife is here in UK on tier-1 dependent visa since Aug 2009 and will have completed her qualifying period. However, she was away for 3 months and 12 days (unwell while in india) last year. I have got my indefinite leave to remain in may this year. would she be eligible to apply On set M for indefinte leave to remain? urgent advice please as we have booked her appointment this thursday.
