Email address for ILR Queries?

Does anyone knows any other emails that we can use to contact Home Office about ILR?

I have tried contacting them on these bellow, and always get the auto repsonse FAQ. No response from them, waiting for months now.

I need to have the answers in writting from them to my questions.

This is for nationality (citizenship) enquiries

That's what you should be using.

1. Do not expect immediate response. It can be days or weeks before you can expect a reply.
2. If you are asking for information that is explained in UKBA documents and/or immigration rules (readily available), you may not get a response at all.

For the amount of ££ we pay in fees you would expect a little more customer service?

i have sent few emails to publicenquiries email address in the past and on all occassions except one i received reply within 2-3 weeks. Send email again.

At the very end of the email reply
