What is the first date I can apply for ILR?

Hi,
I was granted HSMP visa with start date 10 July 2007. I entered in uk on 27th july 2007. in 2009 this was extended as tier 1 to 10 july 2012. When is the first date I can apply for ILR? Thanks in advance for you kind help.

Anytime after 30 June 2012 but definitely before the expiry of current leave i.e. 10 July 2012.

No, because your ILR clock starts when u enter UK and not when visa is granted. So u can only apply 28 days before 27 July 2012.
