Can we challenge PBS inclusion in getting ILR for those migrants who applied on or before 05 April 2011 for Initial Applications and Switching?
Please say YES/NO with reasons, Thank you!

I believe , the people who are now going for ILR are covered by JR, i think after Dec 2011 real impact of April 6 2011 will be felt.

Iam also effected by this new rule criminality, I want to challenge it as well.
