Dependant visa

hi all,

I am here in the UK on tier 1 since Dec, 2009. Currently I work for HULL based small Law Consultancy firm as Accountant. I am here in London and work from home. My employer pays salary online from his Business account and I get monthly payslip as well.I want to apply for my wife visa in November.

My questions is,

1) Will this affect my wife application in any way as I am in London and this firm don't have office in London?

Hi,

People usually look at existing topics. Since you have opened topic ppl might have not looked at it.

If the company is not registered in UK, how are you getting the salary? As per my understanding Salary should come from a registered UK company.
