if you already have an MBA and you are struggling to find a good job with it, what makes you think doing another MBA will help you?

If you intend to do the second MBA on a tier 4 visa then bare in mind that

1) your tier 4 sponsor would have to confirm that your new course constitutes academic progress from your previous course, and it is hard to see how a second MBA is academic progress

2) from April 2012 there will be a maximum time of five years in
Tier 4 studying at degree level and above.

You have only just got your PSW visa, you still have time to find a job suitable for tier 2.
