u have to submit any documents u rely upon in court a few weeks b4 the hearing, you dont TAKE anything with u as such (apart from urself).........I had a solicitor so he did it all for me

and the documents u submit b4 hearing are kept for their records, u dont get them back so if u need them i suggest u make copies

i applied for my husbands uk spouse visa on the 06may 2011 and sadly its been refused we recived the documents yesterday, the refusal document is that they believe our marriage is not registered according the pakistani authourity. im really upset because it is registered it even had a blood stamp that clearly stated its registered.
i was wondering if anyone can help me as the homeoffice havent returned our original urdu nikah nama back, is this normal?

Also can anyone help me template this letter that il need from the union counsil in pk to state that our marriage is registerd with them.

Can some one please get back to me asap.

its really annoying me as im pregnant with twins and have complications in my pregnancy and that the embassy had no deciency or piece of heart to give my hubby this visa when i really need him here. im really upset because im finding it hard allready and when the babies will be born with abnormalities im going to be heartbroken dealing with it here all alone.
i hope some one can help me i need a template for the union counsil letter thanks everybody for taking time out to read me sad story
I am very interested if anyone can answer this. I have an issue in that the Union Council are no longer functioning in my area. The nikah namah has been signed and attested by the sub divisional magistrate in the local area tehsil (whom, incidentally, the UC secretary now works with) and by the assistant protocol officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Is this adequate as I don't have a UC stamp on it?Thanks for any help in advance.

Please see my post here also

Guys

Where is everybody? It was soo lovely having everyone give updates regarding their application status' as it was reassuring and comforting..

But now everyone has disappeared!
Please all come back! What stages have your applications reached?

I'm on the 9th week..

May Allah swt grant you ALL visas whether its for you or your spouse in this blessed month Ameen!

Please all make dua for my husbands visa! Inshallah I hope he comes in time for EID!

Can we just take out 2 mins and make dua for everyone on this website waiting to hear for a decision...

You never know whose dua Allah swt may accept during this blessed month, especially during iftari time! So guys please pray for all those that have submitted applications for Visas!

Dua of the one fasting until he breaks his fast.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said; Three supplications will not be rejected (by Allah (SWT)), the supplication of the parent for his child, the supplication of the one who is fasting, and the supplication of the traveler. [al-Bayhaqi, at-Tirmidhi - Sahih]

Dua of the one fasting at the time of breaking fast

The prophet (SAW) declared, 'Three men whose dua is never rejected (by Allah) are: when a fasting person breaks fast (in another narration, the fasting person until he breaks his fast), the just ruler and the one who is oppressed.'[Ahmad, at-Tirmidhi - Hasan]

:D
