Biometric for ILR Application

Post by Due4ILR » Mon Aug 08, 2011 10:54 am

Hi There,

My friend has applied for ILR through Solicitor (PEO at croydon).... and got ILR Stamped last week.... (1 main Applicant + 2 Dependent)

Case below...

WP (2006 - 2008) From Indian Company + Transfer WP to UK Employer (2008 - 2009 ) + Tier 1 General (2009 Till Date).

Produce all documents

As he never appear for Biometric before he is bit confused that he is not asked for Biometric...

So, Just want to understand if Biometric is mendatory requirement for ILR?

Thanks,
Due4ILR

Thanks,

Also, He received leaflet after approval -

one of Question on Leaflet -

DO I STILL NEED TO REGISTER WITH THE POLICE -

If you were previously required to report any changes in your circumtances to the police you no longer need to do so. Your police registration certificate, which is enclosed, has been stamped to show this...

He is not registered with Police before, does it mean he need to register with Police now?

Thanks,
