I don't think so you need to maintain a balance but it's always better to have some money in the account as that gives some proof to the caseworker that you can support yourself and dependentskrssubbu wrote:is there any balance that need to be maintained for ILR ? do the case worker look out for a good balance ?
Thanks Kishore..i have used the format of the employer letter that is in the sticky section of this board.i gave this format to my employer and they gave the employer letter accordinglykishorek wrote:Hi congrats that you got the PR.
I have a quick question. What format you had submitted the employer letter along with the application because I have problems of issuing an employer letter with the wording ' require for the foreseeable future' my employer refuse to provide the letter with the wording.
Can you please advice whether that wording is mandatory because of this issue I had cancelled my appointment.
Below is my draft letter to the employer.
This is to confirm that Mr. XXX (Your name) is currently employed by XXX (Your Company) in the UK as a full time and permanent employee. He has been employed since Date as a (your post). He is required by the company for a foreseeable future.
Thanks for your help in advance.
