PSW Dependant for sponsored student

Hi guys

I am on My PSW visa from Jan 2011. I am going to marry my girl friend on Dec 2011 or Jan 2012. She is going to apply as PSW dependent visa after we get married.

Problems
She got scholarship from gorvement to study in UK in 2010 and she finished this course at Sep 2010 and left UK in Sep 2010. Is she eligible to apply PSW dependent visa on Dec 2011 or Jan 2012 (more than 12 months from her course ended) ? Is she require documents from government stating that she now can be free to re-enter UK as PSW dependent visa?

Really highly appreciate your advices

As she is coming on u r PSW Visa as dependent there it wont be a problem. if she would have applied for her own PSW visa it would have got rejected as her its been more than one year since her course got over.

I think the same like you as she finish her sponsored -course more than one year and she now is gonna apply as dependant visa, she will be ok.

I will update my result as reference for others people.
