what is the 6 rule????????

hello
i have noticed in many places with regards to spouse visa that the 6 rule has to be satisfied , what are the 6?

can we use them as a basis for sections of the evidence folder?
any other headings reqd?

Do you have a link referring to this "rule"? I know a bit about spousal visas but I've never heard of this "rule" before.

The "6 rule"? You have noticed that in many places? Could you please point out one of those places .... I am baffled!
