P60 ISSUE

P60 ISSUE

Dear members,

Im due to apply ILR in couple of weeks on the basis of 5 yr work permit for the same employer, my question is, salary on the work permit is 20k , but i get less than what is mention on it, only im worried about is P60 which reflect the salary what i get actually n not as per the 20k, will this effect on my application??

If you search this forum you would find enough information about the Tier 2 ILR documents. What I understand is that if your employer gives you a certificate / letter stating your SOC code and that your are paid above that level of pay it should be enough. Employer doesn't have to mention the pay in the letter. SOC
