When do you get acknowledgement after Citizenship applicatio

Post by knapps » Thu Jun 23, 2011 12:25 pm

Can anyone shed some light on this.

I applied for citizenship. I would like to know after how many days one can get an acknowledgement and ref number?

You should normally get it in 4 weeks (max).

It used to be 2 weeks, but now since they are going through so many approvals, and they are also checking your application it's taking so long.
