Tier 1 Visa extension payment

Hi,

I am applying for Tier-1 visa extension by post.
Can I make the payment by a VISA debit card issued in UK.
I am asking this because in the payment guidance notes on page 5 of the application form -it mentions visa under credit cards but not under the debit cards.

Yes you can do that. I have sent my application last week and it took the payment next day. i used visa debit card

I have following queries. Please help.

1) To which address we need to send the post ?
2) Do we need to fill the debit card ID in the application form ?
3) What is the visa fees for the same ?
4) Any special delivery required ?
