Hi smaganthi,

Thanks for providing me the link. I thought you had used different format of letter because I used the same format of the letter but my employer refuse to give me the letter with the word foreseeable future. Do you think the caseworker is very keen in that wording because I checked with couple of my friends those who are applying for the ILR have the same problem.

Please advice because you met the case worker so you know what they are expecting. Do you think without that wording they refuse the application.

Careful, there is an additional requirement to confirm that the salary is above the required by code of practice blah blah
