as i got tired of checking status and there being no change i missed it by 2 whole days

iam so feedup from checking my status online and sending emails.
its been 13 week and my status is the same not changing i dont know y.

Salam everyone!

I have been told my someone highly knowledged in the mosque to do the following for any dua to be acccepted today 15th Roza!

Today being 15th Ramadhan (or depending when u started fasting) after Asar time but before Magrib read Dua Jameela and any wish will be granted. But depending on how many wishes you have, you will need to read the Dua that may times.

For example 1 wish= 1 dua Jameela
2 wishes= 2 dua Jameelas.

Please make dua for me too!

Congratulations. Were you married recently? Can you please tell me who your nikah namah was stamped by? Did you register the marriage with your Union Council or another body?

Input from others who have married recently would also be much appreciated here. I need to know who marriages are registered with now given that there is no Union Council. Can anybody help? Jaza kalla khair.

emailed Islamabad as its been over 12 weeks now but no reply to date.

I got married on new years eve friday 31st of december 2010 and my nikah was regitred with union council as we had the registrar present at the nikah as is the norm in jhelum cith pakistan union council man is always there with his registar along with molana sahib to perform the nikah ceremony.

First of all congrats brother for the visa success, is it possible if you can please put up a list of all documents and proof you submitted with ur wife's application???

i list of documents was based on the guide line from ukba website listed under your sponsors details which was as follows
1 contract of employment
2 letter from employer stating when i started and how much i earn currently
3.. 6 months pay slips and the last P60
4 ...6 months bank statments about 1500 in balance 2 months with negetive balance i.e over drawn,no savings account what so ever
5 as i own my property i sent my last mortgage statement plus a letter from lender stating my paymnts are up to date
6 letter from estate agent confirming my house is in resonable state for habitation and is not gonna be over crowded once my wife moves in i.e a immigration inspection locol council can do the same but they wanted 120 pounds est agent done it for 50
no need for deeds as the above is suffficent proof
7 bio data pages of my passport and a sponsor letter
8 as i was a divorcee my decree nisi and decree absolute
as for communication i had just the mobile statement and the calling card company sent me 3 months itemised bill for the cost of 10 pounds
oh yes english translation of my nikah nama attested in pakistan
i also sent my flight details of my visit to see my wife 6 weeks after my nikah
all i did do was to get a locol solicitors to witness my signature on sponsor letter and my passport photo copy at the cost of 6 pound
cheap n cheerfull but it works

I think at this stage we are all just waiting for a reply. My husband applied on the 31st of May 2011 and still No outcome.

Our replys will probably be like London buses at first you don't get 1 then there is a whole line of them LOL

Have Sabar and make lots of Dua in this blessed month.
