GAP IN EMPLOYMENT

Hi

I have 5 days gap in employment. I have just changed the job and ILR is due
this month

I left job on 12 June 2011 and my new contract started on 17 june 2011.

Can the refuse my ILR on the basis that I have employment gap ?

I am applying under HSMP JR.
