Anybody know of someone that got ILR without meeting "ALL" the criteria.

You cannot go for self employment if your are on Workpermit or Tier 2. The option I see is to work overtime with the same company, if it is possible.

I know that you can't be self employed on Tier2 or WP. I didnt suggest that, however, I read that it is only your BASIC salary that will be considered, so no Overtime is allowed etc

in terms of meeting salary requirement,Yes!!... So just want to know if I switch, that the new rules regarding those that " entered the new economic migration route" would not apply to me..

I am in the same situation, falling short of earning threshold. I was wondering if I ask my employer to give different job title on my letter, not sure if it would work thou.
