Dependent visa - Salary, dividends, employment offer letter

Dear Memebers,

I am applying for dependent visa for my spouse and kid, guidance regarding payslip, dividend and offer letter would be appreciated from Limited company.

I have joined my friends limited company and take the minimum wages i.e. 5.93 GBP per hour and 40% dividends.

Every month there will be 2 pay slips one for each of us and 2 dividends since we both work. I take 40% dividends from my income and my friends income as well.

In this senario I would like you to help me with templates for salary, dividends, employment offer letter.

If you don't have any templates atleast guidance would be appreciated.
