Hey Harprit,

Did you find your exact job title in SOC? Does your salary matches requirement in SOC?

I have to apply for ILR and I have issue with salary requirement.

Thanks

Hi Harprit,

If your dependant haven't been in UK for 2 year, I don't think you'll be able to get an ILR for her at the same time..... the duration required is two years. (Seniors, please correct me if I am wrong)

I reckon 3 months should be fine, but I would take 6 months just to be on the safer side.

Also make copies of everything as it will save the caseworker time and therefore they can deal with your case faster.

What about your copy of the Life in the UK test?

Your employer letter should state your start date of employment, that you are still required, your pay, and state the soc code your title comes under.

If you have had any work related absences your employer can certify that too via their letter.

Minimum 2 year stay requirement is not applicable to old style workpermit holders.
