Hi ya'all

I am still waiting to get my Ref. no. despite my CC being charged on 11th aug. I am thinking of calling th HO to get my Ref. no. Can anyone please give the phone number and email address to ask for refernce number from HO ? I've got 0114 207 6020 which is on the application (Out of UK) ..is this the only number ? thanks all in advance.

That number is stupidly busy, you might want to ring 0114 207 4074 - they can give you a progress check and your reference number.

Try to call them 9.00 - 11.00 am (GMT). The lines are not so busy that time.
