Is it okay to have two referee from the same company?

Post by piggy20007 » Mon Aug 15, 2011 10:55 pm

Hi,

Sorry everyone to have to ask another question again. I have gone through a list of required documents and applcation and spot one tiny clause saying that both referees must not related to each other.

I plan to have my colleague as one referee and another manager as another referee. However, my colleague used to work with him in a few occasions (but not report to him directly). Will this be okay?

Your help would be most grateful. Thank you very much.

Thanks. I was not sure when they said "not related". I thought it mean not related in anyway (i.e. not friends, or not working together). But thanks for your clarification.

related means Relations and not friends/colleagues.

You will be just fine.
