Hi bobby1987,

welcome to the forum :!:

In order to be able to help, you´ll have to answer some questions:
  • Who is "we"?
  • What´s your nationality?
  • What´s the 2nd person's nationality?
  • Where are you now?
  • What´s your status where you are now?
  • You got the mentioned appointment where?
Basically, read this first:

Good luck!

I would do the following:

1. If you can´t get the visa it in time, try to >>travel without visa<<

2. Try to get the visa anyway.

3. Why not try via one of the smaller Schengen-Embassies? Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg? As the spouse of an EU-citizen you don´t have to provide any papers, just your passports and the marriage-certificate. And this will equally take you into Spain.

I don´t see why you shouldn´t be travelling...

I guess it´s possible to get as many appointments as you want, however I would STRONGLY advise to lodge only ONE application.

If you are married to an EU-national the visa is a formality, and 2 weeks should be OK.

Bear with any unpredictable idiots working in the embassies though, who might not properly understand their business...

Usually your order should be: 1. visa - 2. booking

and the lady next to me, advised that if i haven't received my visa in 2 weeks i can go straight to spanish consulate one day before we fly off to collect my visa. is this possible? very risky but it might work. what dya say guys?
