1) You are saying you dont have bank a/c-- how did you sponsor your dependant to get entry clearance ?
2) as i said earlier you can use joint a/c and for more information about showing joint a/c click this link

3) But if you are working and your salary goes into your husband account which you have planned to show as evidence of funds-- you may face problems as long as you prove that you can satisfy the ukba. for more information click the above link and read no:97.
4) i)If you are planning to open an joint account as you mentioned in your query ?--- why dont you open an account in your name which is hassle free.
ii) How can you show your new account for 90 days, as you have hardlyhave 100 days left for your visa expiry like waiting for last month bank statement may take more than 15 from order date.
5)To open a bank account you can use passport and 1 of these document as proof of address
i)Provisional licence,
ii)utility bills if you are not sharing the house, Televison licence bill, council tax bill.
I really wonder how you stay without a bank account. Iam not getting into personal but, its good to have a bank acocunt.
