bank statement issue

bank statement issue

Hi,
I am on tier 1 visa in uk. i have to apply for my dependants. i have an account with barclays. they are not giving me the statements. they said that u can download online statement from the internet. Can i use online statement?do i need to stamp and sign it? or do i need to submit bank letter with it?

I'd also ask someone else within the bank for statements too - perhaps go into a branch as you can then speak to someone face to face.

I am sure its clear in the guidelines. The online bank statements should either be stamped and signed by the bank or accompanied with a bank letter on its letterhead.

Barclays issue duplicate statement (sent by post to the registered address) at a charge of £5.

I had a similar issue in the past.
