US CItizen seeking employment in the UK

Post by aliakalia78 » Sun Aug 21, 2011 7:53 pm

Hello all, I am a profesional US citizen seeking employment in the UK. My background is in Human Resources and Recruitment with over 5 years experience in each field. I am also engaged to a UK citizen currently residing around Bristol so this will be a permanent move. Do you know of anyone that would be willing to sponsor my work visa?

Kind Regards,

A

Is this because you don´t want to marry yet, as that would be a more obvious and easier route?

Financially we have to wait, that is why I am looking at the job route to make it easier for us.

sounds fishy to me, its better to wait financially to marry but make you go through more hassle for a visa, suggest you guys rethink this reasoning or I'd believe someone is avoiding marriage

Financially with regard to the precise and defined maintenance requirements, or financially for other reasons such as in the tradtional sense where couples used to wait until that had a certain lifestyle before they married? If it´s the former, I wonder if you are aware that third party support is permitted and even if you don´t have accesss to this, the level of maintenance necessary is not very high.

There is nothing fishy when we want to make sure we have some money saved for all the things we need such as a home, transport, furniture, etc. So before passing judgment on something you don't know think of what the reasons might be.

Thats a rationalization.
Its better to make you move and go through a more complicated route. Not convincing what so ever
