Hi there, i cam UK 2003 in student visa and done my MBA from UK university and in 2006 i got my work permit for 5 year till October 2011.Now the question is if I apply for FLR what should I do my employer is ready to do any thing for Me ( why FLR because it give me more chance for ILR, after FLR I can apply for ILR for 5 year period or apply for ILR on 10 year ground which give me more option) Please advice.

First of all, I don't understand why you are not applying for ILR straight away, is it because of unspent convictions?

If that's the case, then the Tier 2 Board would give you better advice. If not, I really think applying for ILR now is the best option.

you have not answered necessary questions? Why are you not applying for ILR after Oct 2011? If you want the best chance for ILR, just apply for it when its availbable to you, thats in Oct. If you wait, rules may change... who knows
