So A1 is sufficient I guess. I'll get her to do that.

1) TB Test
2) Pakistani Passport
3) Identity card
4) A1 Test Certificate

Does she need anything else?

I will tell my mum to tell her to sort it out asap.

I won't speak to her until she is my wife.

Do you wish to add any other documents she might need to the 4 I've mentioned? thanks.

2) Pakistani Passport
3) Identity card
4) A1 Test Certificate

-passport
-identity card
-English test certificate
-TB test certificate

If you want to submit birth certificate, by all means do so, don't follow my words :)

I would, Land Registry letter costs £8 for my county.

Letter from mortgage company was free or around £5 if I recall.

£15ish for these 2 items just to be on the safe side and possibly help in saving you a further £1k in appeal fees and 8-10 months, I would definitely get it.

The English test providers do change, but if you go to a main centre, you'll be ok. The main ones don't change. You'll find in terms of changes, there are some really minor changes. But laws won't change till late Sept 2011 I heard, so I'd hang on till then.

I've seen and heard about many applications being refused because of people assuming that the degrees or masters they have achieved in Pakistan being sufficient. I know of my dad's friend's daughter being refused for the same reason.

I've just looked and read through the site, it's only from certain countries. I am not surprised given how easy it is to purchase phoney degrees in Pakistan.

I feel for you, it's a painful situation. Let us hope that all others learn from the mistakes people make. I am learning a lot from this site myself, but there's still no guarantee, cause if they want, they can refuse for anything even when the evidence is fine.

I am referring to those that submitted in May and June?

Anyone exceeded the 12 weeks? What happened next? Who did you contact to enquire further?

@King2Be
Would it be fine to submit a letter of this years full bank statement and which also state how much mortgage is left to pay off
