Hi.
Thank you so much for advice from forum members regarding Employer letter and SOS Code as my wife was the main applicant.
We had appt today at PEO Croydon 10 am and we reached 9.30 am and we were allowed inside.
My wife is main applicant and 2 dependants(myself and son)
Started with airport type security check, then go to initial application check and then you pay the fees and we waited for almost 90mins and atlast they called our number.
Caseworker checked the application and had a look at employer letter and got bank statements(3),3 month payslips,5 years P60,Life in the UK test, and council tax for 5 years for cohabitation document.
She initially asked my wife whats ur sos code and my wife told sos code as the employer has not mentioned in her letter and caseworker got the sos code and asked my wife to check whether is she performing the sameduties mentioned and my wife told yes and she told my wife at last and i am granting ILR.
I personally think employer letter is very very important and it is better employer always write the sos with annual salary, but in my wife case, employer did not mentioned the sos code and annual salary,so case worker was very kind to calculate my wife annual salary.
Thanks again.
Regards
Jaffar
